DESCRIPTION:the Center of New Water Technologies\, with the support of
  UNESCO-WWAP\, the Spanish Ministry of Environment\, the Andalusian Wa
 ter Agency and the Spanish Agency of International Cooperation\, is or
 ganizing the II International Congress SmallWat07 about Waste Water Tr
 eatment in Small Communities (www.smallwat.org) that will be held in S
 eville (Spain) from the 11th to the 15th of November 2007.\n\nThis mee
 ting\, first held in 2002\, has a double objective\: \n\no	In first pl
 ace\, it is expected to be the showcase where the spectacular scientif
 ic and technical advances in the wastewater treatment have experienced
  are shown. Likewise\, it is intended to be a debate arena for manager
 s\, technicians and users to identify their main problems in this fiel
 d and draft a possible solution.\n\no	On the other hand\, we intend to
  analyze the most significant aspects of the problem from a regional p
 erspective\, with special emphasis on the least favored areas\, where 
 the availability of basic drainage is low and steady solutions for the
  existing deficiencies are strongly required. In conclusion\, to compr
 omise and support the scientific-technical community with the complian
 ce of the Millennium Goals\, approaching their knowledge to the most v
 ulnerable populations.
