MELIA organized a Side Event during the 5th World Water Forum, held in Istanbul, the Saturday 21 March 2009, with presentations of the Project by Dr. S. Tigrek, and Conceptual Frames elaborated up to day: Water Culture, by Dr. N. Omrani, Water Conflicts, by Prof. M. Shatanawi, and Rational Use of Water Resources by Prof. L. Mandi.
